Ann and Scott met through their friends, Kim and Jared, in 2019...sort of. Their meeting might actually be thanks to their friend Ashely's Instagram. Ashely posted pictures from a friend trip that had Scott asking, "Who is that new girl?" Ann heard about Scott through Kim and Jared and, thanks again to Ashley's Instagram, saw a picture of Scott and thought they should definitely meet :) They were going to meet on NYE at Kim and Jared's but, much to Ann's disappointment, Scott didn't make it. After that failed meet up, Scott eventually decided to take matters into his own hands and slid into Ann's DMs. They figured out their next free night and met up with friends for a Ballard Brewery Crawl. And here we are seven years later :)

Quickly, Ann and Scott started adventuring together. A ferry boat ride to Bainbridge to visit a brewery, weekend trip to Leavenworth to see the snow, and a cruise to go snorkel in the Bahamas were just a few of the adventures they went on in the few months of dating!
